摘要
近年来,高校大学生心理危机干预从反应性干预逐渐向预防性干预转变,辅导员的职能模式发生了变化,使心理危机干预重在防患于未然。[1]文章通过对一例抑郁状态学生的心理干预方法与策略进行分析总结,提出无条件积极关注有助于建立融洽的师生关系;良好的社会支持系统有利于当事人身心康复;心理专业人员适时介入有利于提高干预的实效;心理危机后续干预有助于当事人恢复社会功能等启示,为高校辅导员开展大学生预防性心理干预提供了借鉴和参考。
Psychological Intervention on college students changes from reactive into preventive gradually,accompanied by the changes of counselors’ functional patterns, so as to the key point of psychological crisis intervention turns into taking preventive measures in recent years. By analyzing and summarizing the methods and strategies of psychological intervention on a student with depression, this paper puts forward several illuminations,including the unconditional positive regard is beneficial to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students;a good social support system is conducive to the mental and physical recovery of clients;mental professionals’ timely intervention improves the efficiency of psychological intervention;and the subsequent psychological intervention helps the client recover their social function;which provide college counselors with reference of carrying out preventive psychological intervention on college students.
