基于三带高度测定的定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术 被引量:6

摘要 针对小常煤矿30212工作面采空区瓦斯涌出量较大,上隅角瓦斯治理困难,提出了顶板定向长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术,该工艺可替代传统的高位钻孔及高位钻场。经过实践,顶板定向长钻孔扩孔后最大单孔抽采瓦斯浓度可达55%,最大单孔抽采瓦斯纯量达到3.88 m^(3)/min,钻场瓦斯抽采纯流量达到9.83 m^(3)/min,有效防止了30212工作面邻近层及采空区瓦斯涌入采场。 Aiming at the large amount of gas emission in goaf of the 30212 working face in Xiaochang Coal Mine and the difficulty of gas control in upper corner,this paper puts forward the gas drainage technology of roof directional long drilling,which can replace the traditional high-level drilling and high-level drilling field.After practice,the maximum gas concentration of single hole drainage can reach 55%after the directional long hole expansion in the roof,the maximum single hole drainage gas purity reaches 3.88 m^(3)/min,the net flow of gas drainage in drilling field reaches 9.83 m^(3)/min which effectively prevents the gas from flowing into the adjacent strata and goaf of the 30212 working face.
