摘要
当前,高职技术技能型人才的培养质量越来越受到重视,校企合作的深入开展有效促进了人才培养质量的提升。但在高职实践教学开展过程中,依然存在各种各样的问题,通过调研分析高职实践教学存在的问题,以及校企合作培养模式下实践教学的发展趋势,提出解决问题的对策及提升质量的有效途径,即高职实践教学标准对接企业岗位标准。文章分析并研究了高职实践教学标准对接企业岗位标准的基本原则、体系构建及具体实施路径,研究结果将为校企合作背景下的高职实践教学质量提升提供有效的方法和途径。
At present, more and more attention has been paid to the training quality of technical and skilled talents in higher vocational colleges. The in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation effectively promotes the improvement of the talents training quality. However, there are still various problems in the process of developing practical teaching in higher vocational colleges. Through the research analysis of the problems existing in the higher vocational practical teaching and the development trend of practical teaching under the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation, propose solutions of the problems and the effective way to promote the quality, namely the docking of higher vocational practical teaching standard with post standard of enterprise.This paper analyzes and studies the basic principles, system construction and specific implementation approaches of higher vocational practical teaching standard with post standard of enterprise. The research results will provide effective methods and approaches for the improvement of higher vocational practical teaching quality under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.
