摘要
目的研究川芎嗪注射液联合尼麦角林对急性脑梗死患者的治疗效果及血清学指标水平的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2020年6月医院收治的86例急性脑梗死患者分为两组,各43例。对照组尼麦角林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合川芎嗪注射液。治疗后评估对比两组的治疗效果、认知功能、血清学指标、生活质量、治疗安全性等指标。结果总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)低于对照组,简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组IGF-1高于对照组,β-actin,H-FABP均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组SF-36生活质量各项评分水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液联合尼麦角林对急性脑梗死患者应用效果良好,改善患者的神经功能和血清学指标及生活质量,且治疗安全性良好。
Objective To study the effect of Ligustrazine Injection combined with Nigomaline on the therapeutic effect and serum levels of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to June 2020 were divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nigomaline,and the observation group was combined with Ligustrazine Injection on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the two groups were evaluated and compared the treatment effect,cognitive function,serological indicators,quality of life,treatment safety and other indicators.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit score(NIHSS) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of the Mini Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE) and the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA) were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).IGF-1 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and β-actin and H-FABP were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the life scores of SF-36 qualityin the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine Injection combined with Nigomaline has a good effect on patients with acute cerebral infarction,improves the patients’ neurological function,serological indicators and quality of life,and has good treatment safety.
