激光数据采集在主管道ADS-4接管打磨中的应用研究

摘要 基于AP1000依托项目热试期间发生的主管道热段振动超标问题及现场打磨反馈,利用相贯线原理,通过优化主管道打磨的数据采集方式,采用激光跟踪仪采集主管道热段管身及ADS-4接管的数据并拟合分析,确定打磨进给量,分步实施粗打磨和精打磨,从而实现了接管材料打磨去除量的精确控制,有效保证了管道的打磨作业质量。另外,通过采用仿形尺取形与激光数据采集打磨后ADS-4接管内圆角曲线对比,进一步验证了激光数据采集方式的优越性和可靠性,为后续管道打磨作业提供参考。 Based on the problem of over vibration in hot leg of main pipeline during the hot function test of AP1000 project and the feedback of grinding,using the principle of intersecting line,by optimizing the data acquisition method of the main pipeline grinding,using laser tracker to collect the data of hot leg pipe body and ADS-4 nozzle,and then fitting analyzed to determine the grinding feed rate,implement rough grinding and fine grinding step by step,thus,the precise control of the amount of materials removed was realized,and the quality of pipeline grinding was effectively guaranteed.In addition,the advantages and reliability of laser data acquisition method were further verified by comparing the fillet curve of ADS-4 nozzle after laser data acquisition and grinding by using profiling ruler,which provides reference for subsequent pipeline grinding operation.
