摘要
目的探究补肾活血方联合针灸对早发性卵巢功能不全患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取湖南中医药大学第二附属医院针灸门诊2018年3月至2020年3月收治的52例早发性卵巢功能不全患者,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为参比组、试验组,每组各26例。参比组行雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗,试验组行补肾活血方联合针灸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分及性激素水平、超声检测指标水平。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.15%,高于参比组的69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组中医症状各项积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组各项中医证状积分低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清卵泡生成激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)及促黄体生成激素(LH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组FSH、LH水平均低于参比组,试验组E2水平高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组卵巢平均直径、卵巢面积、窦卵泡数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,试验组卵巢平均直径、卵巢面积、窦卵泡数均高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早发性卵巢功能不全患者采用补肾活血方联合针灸治疗效果显著,有利于改善患者临床症状、超声指标及调节性激素水平。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating prescription combined with acupuncture for the patients with premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods A total of 52 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency admitted to the Acupuncture Clinic of the Second Hospital of Hu'nan University of Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the reference group and the test group through random number table method,with 26 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with estrogen-progesterone sequential therapy,while the test group was treated with kidney-tonifying and blood-activating prescription combined with acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,sex hormone level and index level of ultrasonic detection were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the test group was 96.15%,which was higher than the 69.23%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences between the two groups in the scores of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of the test group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences between the two groups in the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in serum were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH and LH of the test group were both lower than those of the reference group,while the level of E2 of the test group was higher than that of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the differences between the two groups in average diameter of ovaries,ovarian area and number of antral follicles were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).After treatment,the average diameter of ovaries,ovarian area and number of antral follicles of the test group were all higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating prescription combined with acupuncture is significant for the patients with premature ovarian insufficiency.It helps to ameliorate the clinical symptoms and ultrasonic indices of the patients,and also to regulate sex hormone level.
