摘要
以韭菜收割机为研究对象,首先,确定了韭菜收割方案及设计了韭菜收割机的整机结构;然后,设计了韭菜收割机电气系统、PLC控制系统,并根据割刀转速确定了合适的直流电机型号;最后,采用模糊PID控制系统设计了韭菜收割机调速系统。试验结果表明:当韭菜收割机割刀转速保持在3000 r/min时,根茎损失率和菜叶损失率均达到最低,具有最好的收割效果。
Taking the leek harvester as the research object,firstly,it determines the leek harvester scheme and designs the whole structure of the leek harvester,then designs the electric system of the leek harvester,the PLC control system and the suitable DC motor model according to the speed of the cutter.Finally it designs the speed control system of the leek harvester by using the fuzzy PID control system.The results showed that when the cutting speed of leek harvester was kept at 3000 r/min,the loss rate of roots and leaves was the lowest,and the best harvesting effect was obtained.
