摘要
榕江关埠引水工程输水隧洞采用双护盾TBM掘进机施工,隧洞围岩大部分为弱风化—微风化花岗岩,围岩坚硬完整、岩石强度高(最高强度达190~230 MPa)。刀盘是TBM重要部件,刀盘设计的合理性对提高TBM掘进效率,降低施工成本起着决定性的作用。通过对隧洞岩石强度以及滚刀破岩机理综合分析,初步确定刀具形式、滚刀间距、滚刀直径等刀盘参数,为硬岩掘进创造基本条件;通过对滚刀启动扭矩及单刀承载力等的分析,对刀盘初期设计参数进一步优化,适当增加滚刀数量,提高了TBM的掘进效率。
The double-shield TBM tunneling machine is used in the water conveyance tunnel of the Guanbu water diversion project in Rongjiang River.The surrounding rock of the tunnel is mostly weakly differentiated to slightly weathered granite.The surrounding rock is hard and intact,and the rock strength is high(the maximum strength is 190~230MPa).Cutterhead is an important component of tunnel boring machine(i.e.TBM).The rationality of cutterhead design plays a decisive role in improving tunnelling efficiency of TBM and reducing construction costs.By comprehensive analyzing of strength of rock in tunnel and the rock-breaking mechanism of the hobs,the preliminary parameters of cutterhead such as types of cutters,spacing and diameter of hob cutters were reasonably determined,so as to meet the basic conditions for hard rock tunnelling.Through analyzing starting torque of hob cutters and bearing capacity for each hob cutter,the preliminary parameters were further optimized.As a result,the tunneling efficiency of TBM is improved with an appropriate increase in the number of hob cutters.
