摘要
为探索硬刺松潘裸鲤的人工繁殖,2017年1月10日在丽江市石鼓镇采集硬刺松潘裸鲤野外群体,2017年2月20日,开展该鱼的人工繁殖研究,人工催产18组,催产率66.67%,受精率为61.32%,首次获得人工受精卵0.92×10^(4)粒。硬刺松潘裸鲤受精卵在(14.02±025)℃的孵化条件下,历时204 h出膜,共获得0.6×10^(4)初孵仔鱼,孵化率为65.2%。
In order to explore the artificial reproduction of Gymnocypris potanini firmispinatus,on January 10,2017,the wild population of Gymnocypris potanini firmispinatus was collected in Shigu Town.On February 20,2017,the artificial reproduction study of the fish was carried out,and 18 groups were artificially induced to spawn.The induced birth rate was 66.67%,the fertilization rate was 61.32%,and 9200 artificially fertilized eggs were obtained for the first time.Gymnocypris potanini firmispinatus fertilized eggs were hatched at(14.02±025)℃for 204 hours,and a total of 6 thousand newly hatched larvae were obtained,with a hatching rate of 65.2%.
