摘要
目的探讨艾灸配合耳穴埋针预防肛肠术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月于南昌市洪都中医院行肛肠手术的100例患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予艾灸和耳穴埋针护理。比较2组患者首次排尿时间、术后尿潴留发生率、临床效果及护理满意度。结果研究组首次排尿时间短于对照组,术后尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率和患者术后护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾灸配合耳穴埋针应用于肛肠术后的护理中效果显著,能有效预防尿潴留的发生,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of moxibustion combined with auricular acupuncture in the prevention of urinary retention after anorectal surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing anorectal surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group by digital random grouping,and each had 50 cases.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given moxibustion and auricular acupuncture needles based on routine care measures.The time of first micturition,the incidence of postoperative urinary retention,clinical effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first urination time and the incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion combined with auricular acupuncture is effective in the nursing of anorectal surgery.It can effectively prevent the occurrence of urinary retention and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
