摘要
对于高职院校教师的发展要给予更多重视,可以在多维学术观基础上做好分析工作。明确教师的实际发展情况,了解教师在发展中面临的问题,并给出相应帮助。促使教师对于自身工作重要性有全面认识,在教学中调整教学方式与教学内容,为学生更好的发展提供保障。
We should pay more attention to the development of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and do a good job of analysis on the basis of multi-dimensional academic view.Clear the actual development of teachers,understand the problems faced by teachers in the development,and give corresponding help.It encourages teachers to have a comprehensive understanding of the importance of their work,and to adjust teaching methods and contents in teaching,so as to provide guarantee for students’better development.
