摘要
目的:观察妇安消疹洗液、玉屏风颗粒、白及多糖乳膏三联疗法治疗湿疹的疗效。方法:142例湿疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组各71例,均给予基础治疗:玉屏风颗粒5.0 g,po,tid,白及多糖乳膏每晚1次涂擦患处。在此基础上,对照组每天行淀粉浴1次,观察组每天用妇安消疹洗液药浴1次。连续治疗3周后,比较两组总有效率和药品不良反应发生率,以及两组患者治疗前后生活质量评分、临床症状评分、血清免疫球蛋白(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平变化。治疗结束3个月后比较两组复发率。结果:观察组总有效率为93.0%,显著高于对照组的73.2%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的生活质量评分和临床症状计分均较前显著改善,血清IgE、IL-4水平较前显著降低(P<0.01);且观察组各项指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组药品不良反应发生率、复发率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妇安消疹洗液三联疗法治疗湿疹疗效显著,安全,复发率低。
Objective:To observe the efficacy of herb bath with Fu’an Xiaozhen lotion in treating eczema. Methods:142 patients with eczema were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 71 cases in each group. All patients were given basic treatment: Yupingfeng granule 5.0 g, po, tid, apply Bletilla striata polysaccharide cream to the affected area once a night. On this basis, the control group was treated with starch bath once a day. The observation group was bathed with Fu’an Xiaozhen lotion once a day. After continuous treatment for 3 weeks, the total effective rate, the incidence of adverse drug reactions and the changes of quality of life score, clinical symptom score, serum immunoglobulin(IGE) and interleukin-4(IL-4) levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Three months after the end of treatment, the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.0%, significantly higher than 73.2% of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of quality of life and clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved, the levels of serum IgE and IL-4 were significantly lower than before(P<0.01);And the indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Fu’an Xiaozhen lotion triple therapy in the treatment of eczema is effective, safe and low recurrence rate.
