摘要
目的通过对一起以疑似食物中毒事件报告的一氧化碳中毒事件调查资料进行分析,总结经验,提出建议,为类似事件的调查提供借鉴。方法采用访谈、查阅资料、现场勘察、实验室检测等方法对事件进行调查,运用描述性流行病学方法对调查资料进行分析。结果事件为一起发生在餐馆的家庭聚集性一氧化碳中毒事件。中毒患者3名,其中1名11岁女孩死亡,另2名患者脱离中毒环境并经吸氧治疗后症状缓解。结论综合流行病学、患者临床症状、医疗机构诊断及治疗情况分析,确定该事件为一起一氧化碳中毒事件。中毒原因为在密闭的房间内使用液化气,氧气不足致燃烧缺氧产生大量一氧化碳引起。
Objective To summarize the experience and raise advices through the analysis on investigation data for a carbon monoxide poisoning event reported in a suspected food poisoning incident,and to provide reference for the investigation of similar events.Methods The interview,data review,on-site investigation,laboratory testing and other methods were used to investigate the event,and descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the investigation data.Results The incident was determined to be a family gathering carbon monoxide poisoning incident in a restaurant.Three people suffered from poisoning,one of them was 11 year old girl and dead,the other 2 patients got rid of the toxic environment and had symptoms relieved after oxygen inhalation.Conclusion The incident is determined to be as a carbon monoxide poisoning incident by combining the the analysis on the epidemiology,clinical symptoms,diagnosis and treatment of medical institutions.The poisoning is caused by the use of liquefied gas in a airtight room,and the lack of oxygen resulted in the combustion of oxygen and generation of abundant carbon monoxide.
