失匹配负波评估意识障碍患者预后的临床应用及研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 严重脑损伤患者通常会出现意识障碍(disorder of consciousness,DOC),随着当代医疗技术的发展,重症颅脑损伤患者生存率日益提高,有数据表明,(5—250)/万颅脑损伤患者会发展成为慢性意识障碍患者[1—2]。慢性DOC指病程>28d的意识丧失状态[3],包括植物状态/无反应觉醒综合征(vegetative state,VS/unresponsive wakefulness syndrome,UWS)、最小意识状态(minimally conscious state,MCS)。DOC患者的准确评估对于患者的治疗及预后都有非常重要的意义[4],目前VS/UWS和MCS的诊断主要基于评定人员对患者神经行为功能的反复评估,最常采用JFK昏迷恢复量表(CRS-R)[5]。
