摘要
生物化学是生物学专业一门重要的专业基础课程,同时也是一门实践性很强的学科。因此,科学合理设计生物化学实验对培养学生的综合素质与创新能力尤为重要。从实验的教学目标、教学内容、实验实施、实验成绩评定等几方面来设计生物化学综合性实验“大分子多糖的制备及其吸湿保湿性能测定”,并加以实践,探索培养学生综合能力与素质的新举措。
Biochemistry is not only an important basic course of biology,but also a practical subject.Therefore,the scientific and reasonable design of biochemical experiments is particularly important for the cultivation of students'comprehensive quality and innovation ability.A comprehensive biochemistry experiment“preparation,hygroscopic and moisturizing properties determination of macromolecular polysaccharides”is designed and practiced from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching contents,experiment implementation,and evaluation of experiment results,so as to explore new measures to cultivate students'comprehensive ability and quality.
