摘要
保障农村安全饮水,是我国新农村建设进程中最为基础性、重要性的一项战略任务,其紧紧关系着农村居民的生活质量和便捷性。因此,我国先后在农村安全饮水工程中投入了大量的人力、物力、财力,兴建了不少的农村安全饮水基础设施,铺设了较为全面的饮水管网,以达到保障农村安全饮水的目的,不可否认其成效是突出的,有效地解决了以往农村居民生活中的饮水难题。不过,早期铺设的饮水管网由于技术、材料限制、维护不到位等种种原因,常常容易发生渗漏的问题,这就会导致水资源浪费、二次污染、供水压力不足,影响农村居民的正常生活用水。所以,在现阶段的农村安全饮水工程中,要重点做好对管网的管理及防漏、维修,防止渗漏问题的频繁、长期发生。文章首先简单分析了农村饮水管网渗漏的分类和原因,然后主要就如何做好相应的管理及防漏、维修,提出了部分探讨性建议,希望能够为相关工作的实践提供参考。
To ensure the safety of drinking water in rural areas is the most basic and important strategic task in the process of new rural construction,which is closely related to the quality of life and convenience of rural residents.Therefore,China has invested a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources in safe drinking water projects,built a lot of safe drinking water infrastructure,laid a more comprehensive drinking water pipe network in rural areas,in order to achieve the purpose of ensuring safe drinking water in rural areas.It is undeniable that its effect is obvious,in that it has effectively solved the problem with drinking water for rural residents in the past.However,due to technical and material limitations,inadequate maintenance and other reasons,the early laying of drinking water pipe network is prone to leakage,which will lead to waste of water resources,secondary pollution,and insufficient water supply pressure,and affect the normal living water of rural residents.Therefore,at this stage of the rural safe drinking water project,we should focus on the management of the pipe network,leakage prevention,and maintenance,to prevent the frequent and long-term leakage problems.This paper first briefly analyzes the classification and causes of leakage of rural drinking water pipe network,and then puts forward some exploratory suggestions on how to do the corresponding management,leakage prevention and maintenance,hoping to provide reference for the practice of related work.
