摘要
由于永磁游标电机定子槽开口形状复杂,故采用基于保角映射的解析法模型计算的永磁游标电机的电磁性能存在计算误差大的问题。本文提出一种基于完全保角映射的永磁游标电机的解析法模型,通过完全保角映射将永磁游标电机的有槽气隙区域变换到无槽的气隙区域,并建立两者之间的函数关系。变换后的永磁电流和绕组电流在无槽气隙的磁场分布直接通过黑格方程计算得到,最终得到永磁游标电机的解析法模型。该电磁计算方法可以提高永磁游标电机的设计效率。通过一个外转子的分裂齿永磁游标电机验证了该方法。
Due to the complicated shape of the stator slot in the permanent-magnet vernier machines,it’s difficult to accurately calculate their electromagnetic performance using the conformal-mapping-based analytical model.This paper proposed an analytical model of permanent-magnet vernier machine based on exact conformal mapping.Therefore,the slotted air-gap region in the permanent-magnet vernier machine was equivalently transformed to the slotless air-gap region.The analytical function between the slotted and slotless air-gap region was established.Since the equivalent permanent-magnet current and the winding current in the slotless air-gap can be directly obtained using Hauge equation,the analytical model of the permanent-magnet vernier machine was utilized.The proposed model significantly improves the design efficiency of permanent-magnet vernier machines.It was verified by the external rotor permanent-magnet vernier machine with split-tooth structure.
