摘要
基于253个高水平专业群申报资料的质性文本分析发现:当前高职教育专业群涵盖专业数多为3-5个,跨专业类、专业大类,跨行业、产业,跨院系组群已成趋势。高职教育专业组群的本质逻辑是职业逻辑,组群主要遵循知识逻辑与产业逻辑相互协同的内在逻辑。依据在产业聚焦、知识共通性以及资源整合三个维度上的不同表现,高职教育专业群可分为多种类型。高职教育专业组群应首先调研产业以明确服务目标,然后结合办学基础与目标产业内部职业分工定位职业岗位群,最后依据职业岗位群内的知识关联性组建适宜的专业群。
Analyzing the qualitative texts of 253high-level specialty groups,it found that the number of specialty groups in higher vocational education was 3-5;there’s the trend to construct specialty groups by crossing specialty types,specialty categories and industries.The essential logic of specialty group is vocational logic,which follows the internal logic synergized by knowledge logic and industrial logic.According to the differences in three aspects of industry focus,knowledge association and resource integration,the forms of specialty groups could be divided into many types.It should carry out industrial research,define the service orientation,position the vocational post group,and finally establish the appropriate professional group according to the knowledge association of the vocational post group.
