摘要
2020年,中国金融改革进一步深化,对外开放提速,多家国际金融机构落户中国,加速在华布局,中国债券纳入国际三大主流债券指数,中国市场成为全球投资价值洼地。突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情导致全球金融市场恐慌,2020年3月美股触发四次熔断机制,大宗商品价格暴跌,原油首次跌至负数。美联储启动“零利率+无限QE”非常规货币政策,向全球释放巨额流动性,美股上行突破历史新高,对全球资本市场起到“稳定剂”作用;在全球资本“大放水”的助推下,以美元计价的原油等大宗矿产品价格反弹上扬,铁矿石价格创六年新高;同时全球避险情绪升温,黄金、白银等金融属性回归。中国一批优秀矿业企业逆势中抓住机遇,加快投融资创新模式探索,贵金属和新能源矿产成为中国企业对外投资合作的主流。本文初步分析了2020年国际金融事件发生的背景、基本情况以及对中国矿业发展带来的机遇、挑战和启示.
In 2020,China’s financial reform has been further deepened and its opening up accelerated.A number of international financial institutions have established in China,which has accelerated their layout in the country.All three major international bond indexes include China’s bond market,making China a fertile land for global investment.The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 caused panic in global financial markets.In March 2020,US stocks triggered four circuit breakers and the price of high commodities plummeted,with crude oil falling into negative territory for the first time.The Federal Reserve resumed the unconventional monetary policy of "zero interest rate + unlimited QE" and released liquidity to the global market.The US stock index went up to break a record high,acting as a stabilizer for the global capital market.With the help of global capital "spilling water",the prices of major mineral products such as crude oil denominated in US dollars rebounded and the price of iron ore hit a six-year high;at the same time,global risk aversion was heating up,and financial attributes such as gold and silver returned.A number of outstanding Chinese mining companies have seized the opportunity to accelerate the exploration of innovative investment and financing models in the face of the trend.Precious metals and new energy minerals have become the mainstream of Chinese companies’ overseas investment cooperation.This paper analyzes the main background and basic situation of international financial and economic events in 2020,as well as the opportunities and challenges brought to the transformation and development of mining industry.
