摘要
土地规模化经营能否提高粮食生产效率,一直是学界争论的焦点.该研究基于2006年—2018年中国内地的省级面板数据,运用空间计量模型研究户均粮食播种面积对粮食单产的影响.研究发现,户均粮食播种面积和粮食单产均具有显著的空间自相关性,呈现出“高—高”型和“低—低”型集聚的特征;户均粮食播种面积对粮食单产具有显著影响,呈“U”型曲线关系,即伴随户均粮食播种面积的增加,粮食单产先减少,后增加.长远来看,规模化经营有利于粮食单产的提高.因此要真正实现粮食单产的提高,需要通过土地流转集中碎片化的土地,实现规模化经营.与此同时,还应鼓励多种形式的规模化生产,加强集约化所需要的生产条件建设.
Whether large-scale operation can improve the efficiency of food production has been the focus of debate in the academic world.This paper studies the impact of large-scale operation in China on grain production,with a view to promoting the increase of grain production per unit.Based on 2006—2018 provincial panel data of the mainland of China,a spatial econometric model was used to study the impact of land management scale on grain yield.The results show as follows.Average sown area per household and grain yield have significant spatial autocorrelation,and average sown area per household has a significant impact on grain yield,showing a“U”curve relationship.In the long run,large-scale operation is conducive to the increase of grain yield.Therefore,centralized management of fragmented land is necessary to realize the improvement of the grain yield.At the same time,it’s also required to improve the professional quality of farmers,encourage various forms of large-scale production,and strengthen the construction of production conditions for intensification.
