摘要
为实现甲板机械核心动力部件螺杆泵的低振动噪声运行,对螺杆泵进行流体仿真,分析其流体激励及脉动特性。针对某2000 L/min流量型低压大流量螺杆泵进行流体动力学分析,建立适用于三螺杆泵的三维非定常流体计算分析方法。在流体仿真的基础上,探究三螺杆泵工作特性及局部流动特征,并进一步针对流量及转子流体激励力脉动特性进行分析。计算结果表明,三螺杆泵流量脉动极小,且以轴频及其倍频为主;泵转子各方向受力相差较大,但脉动幅值较小。
In order to reduce the vibration and noise of the screw pump,this paper analyzes its fluid pulsation characteristics.The fluid dynamics analysis of a 2000 L/min low-pressure and large-flow screw pump is analyzed,and a three-dimensional unsteady simulation method suitable for the triple screw pump is established.On the basis of the simulation,the working characteristics of the triple screw pump are explored,and its pulsation characteristics of flow and rotor fluid excitation force are further analyzed.The results show that the flow pulsation of the triple screw pump is very small,and the main pulsation is shaft frequency and frequency doubling.Pump rotor in each direction of the force difference is large,but the pulsation amplitude is small.
