摘要
探讨了临床技能实训平台构建与临床实践教学途径。临床技能实训平台的构建应从建立规章制度,提升管理质量,优化工作环境,满足师生需求,加强资源整合,合理分配资源,建设教学网站,提供师生交流平台等方面开展。提出了临床实践教学途径,应改变传统的教学模式,实行教学改革,加强师资队伍建设,提高实践教学水平,转变教学理念,提升学生学习主动性,建立科学的培训考核制度。临床医学教学活动的有效开展及临床医学人才的培养都离不开实践教学,高校应构建符合医学教育需要的实践教学体系,搭建好实训平台,确保医学教育实践教学有序开展,切实提高学生自身素养和实践技能,培养应用型、技能型医学人才。
The research explores the construction of clinical skill training platform and clinical teaching approach.In the construction of clinical skill training platform,we should establish corresponding rules and regulations,improve management quality,optimize working environment,satisfy demands from teachers and students,strengthen resource integration,establish teaching website,and provide the teachers and students with communication platform,etc.Clinical practice teaching approach is proposed,i.e.to change the traditional teaching model,implement teaching reform,strengthen teaching talent construction,improve practical teaching level,transform teaching concept,improve student learning initiative,and establish scientific training appraisal system.The effective development of clinical medical teaching activities and the training of clinical medical talent can’t be separated with practice teaching.Colleges and universities should establish practice teaching system in accordance with medical education demand,build training platform to ensure the smooth development of medical education practice education,improve student self literacy and practical skill,train applied and skillful medical talent.
