摘要
益生菌作为一类能够对宿主生理功能产生有益作用的活性微生物,具有改善肠道环境、参与免疫调节及抗肿瘤等功效。文章综述了益生菌的分类、生理功能和在畜禽生产的应用研究进展,为益生菌的进一步研究和开发应用提供参考。
Probiotics,as a kind of active microorganism,can improve the intestinal environment,participate in immune regulation and anti-tumor.This paper reviews the classification,physiological function and application of probiotics in livestock and poultry production and the research progress,which provides a reference for the further research and development of probiotics.
