摘要
综述了油水体系水合物的生成机理与堵塞机理。水合物形成主要包括结晶成核与晶核生长两个过程。水合物的堵塞机理主要包括颗粒聚并、管壁黏附和着床沉积机理,其中水合物颗粒间的毛细液桥力是颗粒聚并的主要原因。未来应采用先进的实验设备和测量技术分析油水体系下水合物生成与堵塞的微观机理,力求定量表征各个因素对水合物生成过程与堵塞时间的影响。
The hydrate formation and plugging process in oil-water system were summarized.The formation of hydrate mainly contains two processes,namely,nucleation and nucleation growth,while the plugging mechanism of hydrate in oil-water system mainly includes particle coalescence,pipe wall adhesion and implantation deposition mechanism,of which the capillary bridging force between hydrate particles plays a key role in their further coalescence.Advanced experimental equipment and measurement technology should be applied to analyze the microscopic mechanism of hydrate formation and occlusion in oil-water system,which can help to quantitatively characterize the influence of various factors on the hydrate formation process and blockage time.
