摘要
目的:探讨基于目视管理理论的儿童扁桃体围术期卡通护理图册宣教对术后恢复和满意度的影响。方法:前瞻性选取2019年10月-2020年7月本院行扁桃体手术治疗儿童120例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为研究组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。研究组在手术治疗和常规护理干预的基础上,采取基于目视管理理论的围术期卡通护理图册宣教,对照组进行手术治疗和常规护理干预。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后白膜脱落时间、住院费用、疼痛程度及并发症等。评价比较两组儿童和家属满意度。结果:与对照组比较,研究组住院时间、术后白膜脱落时间短,住院费用低,儿童和家长满意度高(P<0.05)。两组手术时间、术中出血量、疼痛程度及并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:基于目视管理理论的儿童扁桃体围术期卡通护理图册宣教有助于促进其术后恢复和提高满意度,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of perioperative cartoon nursing atlas based on visual management theory on postoperative recovery and satisfaction of children treated with tonsillectomy.Method:A total of 120 children who underwent tonsillectomy surgery from October 2019 to July 2020 were prospectively selected as the research objects.The children were divided into the study group (n=60) and the control group (n=60) by random number table.Based on surgical treatment and conventional nursing intervention,the study group adopted perioperative cartoon nursing atlas based on visual management theory,and the control group received surgical treatment and conventional nursing intervention.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,postoperative albuginea shedding time,hospitalization expenses,pain degree and complications between the two groups were compared.The satisfaction rate of the two groups of children and their families were evaluated and compared.Result:Compared with those of the control group,the study group’s hospitalization time and postoperative albuginea shedding time were shorter,the hospitalization expenses were low,and the satisfaction rate of children and parents were higher (P<0.05).There were no significant difference in operation time,intraoperative blood loss,pain degree and complication rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of visual management,the perioperative cartoon nursing atlas education nursing for children treated with tonsillectomy can help promote their postoperative recovery and increase satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
