摘要
目的:分析微创钢丝内固定在髌骨横行骨折治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:本研究选取2018年1月1日-2020年1月1日收治的80例患者,均为在本院接受髌骨横行骨折治疗。根据随机1∶1分组原则将患者分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。治疗组患者将微创钢丝内固定作为治疗方式,对照组患者将切开复位克氏针钢丝张力带内固定作为治疗方法,分析比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的术后疼痛评分低于对照组,膝关节评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组膝关节功能优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在髌骨横行骨折治疗中采用微创钢丝内固定可缩短手术与骨折愈合时间,减少术中出血量,减轻患者术后疼痛的严重程度,显著改善患者的膝关节功能,减少并发症的发生,可在临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive steel wire internal fixation in the treatment of transverse patellar fracture.Method:A total of 80 patients were collected from January 1,2018 to January 1,2020.All patients were treated with transverse patellar fracture in our hospital.According to the randomly principle 1∶1,the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with minimally invasive steel wire internal fixation,and the control group was treated with open reduction Kirschner wire tension band internal fixation as the treatment method.The treatment effect between the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result:The operation and fracture healing time of the treatment group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group (P<0.05);the postoperative pain score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,while the knee joint score was higher (P<0.05);the excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).the incidence of complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of the treatment of patellar transverse fracture,the application of minimally invasive steel wire internal fixation can not only shorten the operation and fracture healing time,but also reduce the amount of blood loss,reduces the severity of postoperative pain,significantly improve the knee function of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,avoid the impact of various complications,which can be popularized in clinic.
