摘要
目的:探究对于B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)患者采用扶正散结汤联合CHOP方案化疗治疗的效果。方法:选取2014年12月-2017年6月广东省农垦中心医院收治40例B细胞NHL患者为研究对象。2014年12月-2016年8月的20例患者作为对照组,2016年9月-2017年6月20例患者作为观察组。对照组采用CHOP方案治疗,观察组CHOP方案的基础上联合扶正散结汤。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应情况、死亡率、平均生存时间。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为50.0%(10/20),低于观察组的80.0%(16/20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组死亡率低于对照组,平均生存时间长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正散结汤联合CHOP方案化疗治疗B细胞NHL患者可获得良好效果,可延长平均生存时间,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction combined with CHOP chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL).Method:From December 2014 to June 2017,40 patients with B-cell NHL in Guangdong Nongken Central Hospital were selected as the research objects,20 patients from December 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the control group,and 20 patients from September 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the observation group.The control group was treated with CHOP regimen,while the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction on the basis of CHOP regimen.The treatment effect,adverse reactions,mortality and mean survival time were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the control group was 50.0% (10/20),which was lower than 80.0% (16/20) of the observation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).The mortality of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the mean survival time was longer than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Sanjie Decoction combined with CHOP regimen chemotherapy in the treatment of B cell NHL patients can obtain good curative effect and prolong the mean survival time,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
