摘要
目的在供给侧改革视角下分析地方医院图书馆服务创新路径。方法于2019年11月1日~12月31日,通过问卷星平台调查吉林省18家医院图书馆的人员配置、馆舍面积、经费投入、馆藏资源、数字化建设、信息服务及科研发展等现状。结果吉林省医院图书馆馆舍面积平均为254 m~2;在馆藏资源方面,中文及英文期刊的馆藏平均3.6万册;数字化建设方面,购买的数据库主要为中国知网(72.22%),其次为大医医学搜索数据平台(38.89%);50.00%的医院图书馆定期开展信息素质教育相关的课程或培训;78.01%的图书馆馆员加入了全国或省级医学图书馆学会。结论吉林省医院图书馆的资源配置、信息服务水平、人员专业素养相对较低,在供给侧改革理论视角下,应提高医院图书馆馆员的专业素养,提高医院图书馆信息服务水平,加强医院图书馆硬件和软件设施建设。
Objective To analyze the service innovation path of local hospital library from the perspective of supply-side reform.Methods From November 1 st to December 31 st,2019,the questionnaire star platform was used to investigate the current situation of the staffing,building area,funding,collection resources,digital construction,information services and scientific research development of 18 hospital libraries in Jilin Province.Results The average building area of Jilin Provincial Hospital Library was 254 m~2;in terms of collection resources,the average collection of Chinese and English periodicals was 36,000 volumes;In terms of digital construction,the main database purchased was CNKI(72.22%),followed by the medical search data platform for medical doctors(38.89%);50.00%of hospital libraries regularly carry out information literacy education-related courses or training;78.01%of librarians had joined the National or Provincial Medical Library Association.Conclusion The resource allocation,information service level,and professionalism of personnel in the hospital library of Jilin Province are relatively low.From the perspective of supplyside reform theory,the professional quality of hospital librarians should be improved,the information service level of the hospital library should be improved,and the construction of the hardware and software facilities of the hospital library should be strengthened.
