摘要
目的分析我院麻醉药品的应用情况、变化趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法从陕西省食品药品监督管理局特殊管理药品系统收集2016—2019年麻醉药品的应用数据并进行统计分析。结果我院麻醉药品种类、规格根据疾病诊治的要求进行动态调整,能够满足临床治疗需要。麻醉药品销售金额逐年增长,注射剂型中舒芬太尼和瑞芬太尼的使用量及销售金额连续4年均保持在前两位。硫酸吗啡缓释片(30 mg)的用药频度(DDDs)连续4年保持前列,符合WHO癌痛三阶梯止痛指南的口服给药原则,排序比(B/A)>1的麻醉药品为盐酸哌替啶片;B/A=1的药品为盐酸布桂嗪注射液;其他药物的B/A值在0.50~2.00。结论我院2016—2019年麻醉药品的使用基本合理,但仍需持续加强麻醉药品的考核管理,进一步推动临床合理用药。
Objective To analyze the application and change trend of narcotic drugs in our hospital,so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods The application data of narcotic drugs from 2016 to 2019 were collected from the special management drug system of Shaanxi food and drug administration,and statistically analyzed.Results The types and specifications of narcotic drugs in our hospital were dynamically adjusted according to the requirements of disease diagnosis and treatment,which could meet the needs of clinical treatment.The sales amount of narcotic drugs has increased year by year,and the usage and sales amount of sufentanil and remifentanil in injection formulations have remained the top two for 4 consecutive years.The defined daily dose system(DDDs)of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets(30 mg)has remained at the forefront for 4 consecutive years,in line with the oral administration principles of the WHO three-step analgesic guidelines for cancer pain.The anesthetic drug with a ranking ratio(B/A)>1 was pethidine hydrochloride tablets;the drug with B/A=1 was bunarizine hydrochloride injection;the B/A value of other drugs was 0.50~2.00.Conclusion The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2016 to 2019 is basically reasonable,but it is still necessary to continue to strengthen the assessment and management of narcotic drugs,and to furthor promote the clinical rational use of drugs.
