摘要
目的探究血细胞形态指标在小细胞贫血鉴别诊断中的应用价值,以期为小细胞贫血的鉴别诊断提供有效依据。方法选取2017年12月至2018年12月我院收治的30例小细胞贫血患者作为试验组,选取同期健康体检者30名作为对照组,两组均给予血细胞形态检验,常规消毒采集2 mL静脉血,将其储存在试管中,确保标记清晰,避免混淆。根据全国临床检验操作规程的相关要求来制作血液推片。检验人员严格按照说明书要求检验,详细记录检验结果,对两组的血细胞形态指标进行对比。结果与对照组相比,试验组的RBC、MCV、MCH与Hb水平均相对较低,而RDW水平相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小细胞贫血的鉴别诊断中,采用血细胞形态指标检验具有重要的应用价值。根据血细胞形态指标水平为小细胞贫血疾病的诊断提供有效依据,能够显著缩短确诊时间,减少患者的痛苦,并根据诊断结果制订合理的治疗方案。
Objective To explore the value of blood cell morphological indicators in the differential diagnosis of small cell anemia,so as to provide an effective basis for the differential diagnosis of small cell anemia.Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,30 patients with small cell anemia admitted to our hospital were selected as the experimental group,and 30 healthy patients were selected as the control group during the same period.All patients were given blood cell morphological examination,and 2 mL blood was collected by routine disinfection,which should be stored in test tubes to ensure clear labeling and avoid confusion.According to the related requirements of the national clinical examination procedure,make blood push tablet.The inspectors strictly followed the instructions and made a comparative analysis of the morphological indicators of the two groups of blood cells after recording the test results in detail.Results Compared with the control group,the RBC,MCV,MCH and Hb levels in the experimental group were relatively lower,while the RDW levels were relatively higher,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In small cells anemia in the differential diagnosis,the blood cell morphological index can has important application value,and according to the level of blood cells morphological index provide effective basis for the diagnosis of small cell anemia disease,diagnosis can significantly shorten the time and reduce the pain of the patients,and to develop a reasonable treatment scheme according to the results of the diagnosis.
