摘要
目的探讨在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿护理中应用精细化护理干预的效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年11月医院收治的94例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组47例。常规组采用传统护理措施,干预组给予精细化护理干预,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预组新生儿40 d头围、身高、体质量增长值均高于常规组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组新生儿护理后的PDI和MDI评分上升幅度大于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组新生儿后遗症发生率、院内感染发生率分别为2.13%、6.38%,低于常规组的12.77%、21.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿的护理过程中采取精细化护理干预对改善新生儿的预后效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of meticulous nursing intervention in neonatal nursing of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Ninety-four neonat with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy who were admitted to the hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The conventional group used traditional nursing measures,and the intervention group was given meticulous nursing intervention,to compare the nursing effects of the two groups.Results The 40-day head circumference,height and body weight of neonatal in the intervention group were better than those in the routine group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase in PDI and MDI scores of the intervention group after nursing was greater than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal sequelae and the incidence of nosocomial infections in the intervention group were 2.13% and 6.38%,which were lower than the 12.77% and 21.28% in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of neonatal with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,meticulous nursing intervention has a significant effect on improving the prognosis of neonatal.
