摘要
目的探讨中药坐浴联合挂线疗法治疗高位肛周脓肿的临床效果。方法选择2017年5月—2019年5月江西中医药大学第二附属医院收治的82例高位肛周脓肿患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组41例。2组均采取挂线疗法治疗,对照组在术后采用高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,试验组在术后采取中药坐浴治疗,持续治疗至橡皮筋脱落后5 d。比较2组临床疗效、视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)及康复效果。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的78.05%(32/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组术后当天VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组术后2周VAS评分均低于术后当天,且试验组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组腐肉脱落时间、脓腔愈合时间及住院时间为(3.26±1.05)d、(14.75±3.79)d、(9.93±2.45)d,均短于对照组的(3.82±1.14)d、(17.18±4.11)d、(12.04±2.80)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药坐浴联合挂线疗法治疗高位肛周脓肿疗效显著,能够缓解患者的术后疼痛及脓腔愈合时间,增强康复效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of t raditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with thread hanging therapy on postoperative pain and recovery of patients with high perianal abscess.Methods Eighty-two patients with perianal abscess treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital Affiliated to Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with hanging thread therapy,the control group was treated with potassium permanganate hip bath after operation,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine hip bath after operation,and the treatment was continued until 5 days after the rubber band fell off.The clinical effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than that of the control group(78.05%,32/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups on the day after surgery(P>0.05).VAS score of 2 weeks after surgery in both groups was lower than that on the day after surgery,that of experimental group was lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of decolonization,abscess cavity healing and hospitalization in the experimental group were(3.26±1.05),(14.75±3.79)and(9.93±2.45)d,which were all shorter than that in the control group(3.82±1.14),(17.18±4.11)and(12.04±2.80)d,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine hip bath combined with thread hanging therapy is effective in treating high perianal abscess,which can accelerate postoperative pain relief and pus cavity healing,and enhance the healing effect.
