摘要
由于三辊棒材精轧机工作过程中机架整体变形和振动直接影响轧件的质量。本文对影响轧制质量最大的主轴和机架框架进行了静力学分析和模态分析,根据分析结果进行了优化设计,加强零件的相应薄弱位置,改善其受力情况,同时在保证结构强度的前提下,采用拓扑优化设计将机架框架的有效重量减少将近20%,提升了系统的轻量化,节约了生产成本。
The overall deformation and vibration of the frame directly affect the quality of the bar during rolling in the three roll bar finishing mill.In this paper,the static analysis and modal analysis of the main shaft and frame,which have the greatest impact on the rolling quality,are carried out.According to the analysis results,the main shaft and frame are optimized design to strengthen stiffners in weak position of the parts and improve the stress situation.Meanwhile,on the premise of ensuring the structural strength,the topology optimization design is adopted to reduce the effective weight of the frame by nearly 20%,which improves the lightweight of the system and saves the cost.
