摘要
矿用隔离开关普遍应用在煤矿安全生产中,主要用于"隔离电源、倒闸操作、用以连通和切断小电流电路"等,但并无灭弧功能。为了提高其分断能力,现场工作中需开展一系列的技术试验,检测其实用性。为了充分的了解试验过程中产生的电弧,以及电弧熄灭的条件,进一步调整整个电路的整体结构,设计详细的实验线路,进一步了解整个数据采集系统,特开展此实验,结果表明能完全完成相关矿用隔离开关的分断检测能力检验。
Mine isolating switches are widely used in the safety production of coal mine,which are mainly used for isolating power supply,switching operation,connecting and cutting off small current circuits,etc.,without arc extinguishing function.In order to improve its breaking capacity,a series of technical tests should be carried out in field work to test its practicability.In order to fully understand the arc generated in the test process and the conditions of arc extinction,further adjust the overall structure of the whole circuit,design detailed experimental circuit,and further understand the whole data acquisition system,this experiment is specially carried out.The results show that the test of breaking detection capacity of relevant mine disconnectors can be completely completed.
