摘要 食品安全问题是当今社会最关注的民生问题之一,乡镇餐饮服务业作为监管的重难点,已经引起全社会的关注。从乡镇餐饮服务业食品安全现状和存在的问题进行分析,剖析其原因,从提升餐饮监管专业化、监管服务水平、设置重难点监管区域、增强食品安全法律常识的宣传和增强社会共治水平5个方面提出治理食品安全问题的措施,旨在为乡镇餐饮服务者提供安全加工参考、为基层监管者提供监管风险控制措施。 Food safety problems was one of the most concerned livelihood issues in current society.The township catering service industry was taken as the key and difficult point of supervision,and it had attracted the attention of the whole society.The food safety status and existing problems of township catering service industry were analyzed,and the reasons were analyzed.Control measures of food safety issues were put forward from five aspects including improving catering supervision specialization and supervision service level,setting up important and difficult supervision areas,strengthening the propaganda of food safety legal knowledge and strengthening the social co-governance level.The aim was to provide safe processing reference for township catering service providers and control measures of supervision risk for grass-roots supervisors were provided.
