摘要
配制科学环保的饲粮是实现畜牧业绿色可持续发展的有效手段,适当降低日粮蛋白含量可以在不影响动物生产性能的基础上,降低饲养成本、减少排放。文章就低蛋白日粮概念、原理及低蛋白日粮对肉鸡生产性能、肠道发育、代谢的影响和低蛋白日粮对环保的作用等进行综述,以期为低蛋白日粮在肉鸡生产上的广泛应用提供参考。
The formulation of scientific and environmental friendly feed is the only way to realize the green and sustainable development of animal husbandry.Appropriate reduction of dietary protein levels will not affect animal production performance,but also reduce feeding costs and emissions.In the paper,the concept and principle of protein diet and the effect of low protein diet on broiler production performance,intestinal development and metabolism as well as the effects of low protein diet on environmental protection were reviewed in order to provide reference for further application of low protein diet in broiler production.
