苜蓿草粉富含蛋白质、粗纤维、矿物质、维生素等多种动物生长发育所必需的营养素,同时含有皂苷、黄酮、多糖等多种生物活性物质和未知生长因子。饲料中添加苜蓿草粉可以提高动物生长性能、繁殖性能、抗氧化功能和免疫功能,改善屠宰性能、畜产品品质,提高养殖经济效益。文章论述苜蓿草粉的营养价值,总结苜蓿草粉在动物生产中的应用及其对经济效益的影响,为苜蓿草粉在动物生产中的应用提供参考。
Alfalfa meal is rich in protein,crude fiber,minerals,vitamins and other nutrients necessary for animal growth and development,as well as saponins,flavonoids,polysaccharides and other bioactive substances and unknown growth factors.Adding alfalfa meal to animal feed can improve animal growth performance,reproductive performance,antioxidant function and immune function,and improve slaughter performance and animal product quality,so as to improve the economic benefits of breeding.The paper discussed the nutritional value of alfalfa meal,and summarized the application of alfalfa meal in animal production and its impact on economic benefits,and provide reference for application of alfalfa meal in animal production.
