摘要 目的:针对医联体内数据共享存在信任和协同困难等问题,提出基于区块链的医联体内信息共享的解决方案。方法:通过分析医联体内电子病历信息共享的业务协同流程和信任服务体系,以上海西部儿科医疗联合体远程专家查房业务中多机构电子病历共享为研究对象,基于区块链技术实现数据流转过程的安全共享和互联互通。结果:基于区块链的远程查房系统上线后,实现了电子病历共享服务,支撑医院之间的非中心化数据共享的实际应用需求,保证患者病历信息的安全性和完整性。结论:该模型有效解决医疗信息资源共享应用中信任孤岛、数据所有权问题,使医疗信息资源共享在医疗联合体多元主体参与的背景下具有较强适应性,为未来医联体信息共享提供了参考依据。 Objective:Aiming at the problems of trust and collaboration difficulties in data sharing in medical association,this paper proposes a solution of information sharing in medical association based on blockchain.Methods:By analyzing the business collaboration process and trust service system of EMR information sharing in the medical association,taking the EMR sharing of multiple institutions in the remote expert ward round business of Shanghai Western Pediatric Medical Association as the research object,the secure sharing and interconnection of data flow process were realized based on the blockchain technology.Results:After the remote ward round system based on blockchain went online,it realized the sharing service of electronic medical record,supported the practical application needs of decentralized data sharing between hospitals,and ensured the security and integrity of patient medical records information.Conclusion:The model can effectively solve the problems of trust island and data ownership in the application of medical information resource sharing,make the medical information resource sharing have strong adaptability under the background of multi-agent participation of medical consortium,and provide reference for future medical consortium information sharing.
