摘要
曾学文教授是第六批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师,在治疗心脏病方面早已形成独特的辨证治疗体系,首次提出“中医心脏病气血水厥说”,认为心衰病总属本虚标实之证,病位在心,与气、血、水密切相关,其本为心气亏虚,其标为气滞、血瘀、痰浊、水饮,最终阴阳气不相顺接,便为厥。治疗上重视益气温阳,以治其本;活血化瘀,利水消肿,以治其标。并总结出临床有效经验方,随证加减用之,取得良好疗效。作者就其治疗心衰病经验进行介绍,以阐述其辨证论治之思路及用药特点。
ZENG Xuewen is the sixth group of senior Chinese medicine experts in China to inherit the academic experience of the work of guidance teachers,in the treatment of heart disease has long formed a unique dialectical treatment system,the first time put forward“Chinese medicine heart disease Qi,blood and water syncope theory”,believe that heart failure is always syndrome of deficiency,disease in the heart,closely related to Qi,blood,water,Qi deficiency,its standard for Qi stagnation,blood stasis,phlegm turbidity,water drink,eventually Yin and Yang Qi is not connected with each other.Attention should be paid to invigorating Qi and warming Yang in order to treat its origin,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting water and swelling,and treating its symptoms.And summarizes the clinical effective experience prescription,with the syndrome plus or minus the use,obtains the good curative effect.The author is lucky to serve the diagnosis,this paper introduces the experience of treating heart failure as follows,in order to explain its dialectical treatment ideas and drug use characteristics,and discuss the study with everyone.
