摘要
随着高等职业教育的快速发展,给其辅导员工作提出了更高要求,其队伍的整体建设要朝着职业化、专业化的方向发展。该文将详细介绍高职院校辅导员队伍专业化发展的现实困境,针对制约与影响其发展的各类要素,提出针对性较强的改进策略,例如:科学定位辅导员角色、拓宽辅导员的发展路径、改进辅导员队伍整体素养及设立良好的辅导员引入机制等,通过多种有效措施,增强辅导员队伍的建设水准。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education,higher requirements have been put forward for the counselors'work.The overall construction of the team should develop in the direction of professionalization and specialization.This paper will introduce the practical dilemma of the professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges in detail,and put forward targeted improvement strategies according to various factors that restrict and affect their development,such as scientifically positioning the role of counselors,broadening the development path of counselors,improving the overall quality of counselors and establishing a good introduction mechanism of counselors,etc.Through a variety of effective measures,enhance the construction level of the counselor team.
