摘要
该文基于三余度伺服阀结构特点及工作原理,重点分析了伺服阀装配调试生产过程中多余物防控薄弱环节,并提出相应的控制方法及要求,多年生产实践表明上述方法行之有效,不仅降低了多余物发生的概率,保障产品可靠性,同时也为其他液压元件多余物防控提供参考依据。
based on structural features and principle of triple redundancy servo-valve,the remainder control method is proposed in this paper,by analysis on the weakness of remainder in assembly and adjustment.the production practice shows that it is effective for lower probability of remainder and good reliability,and also providing evidence for other hydraulic components.
