摘要
针对云南某低镁、高硅擦洗磷矿尾矿,进行1.0 t/d扩大浮选试验研究,对比研究了“粗选和精选尾矿合并再选”和“粗选和精选尾矿分开再选”两个工艺流程的选矿结果。结果表明,“粗选和精选尾矿分开再选”流程的选矿指标较好。原矿经“粗选和精选尾矿分开再选”流程浮选后所得精矿的P2O5品位为28.61%,回收率为71.92%,较“粗选和精选尾矿合并再选”流程所得精矿的P2O5品位与回收率分别高出0.39、3.24个百分点,且平均每t擦洗尾矿可获得约72.78元的经济效益。“粗选和精选尾矿分开再选”流程的浮选指标稳定性良好,可实现擦洗尾矿的有效利用,为矿山取得了较好的经济效益。
Expanded experiments with a throughput of 1.0 t/d were carried out on scrubbed tailings,which were generated from a phosphate rock in Yunnan Province and contained low content of magnesium and high content of silicon.By comparing concentrated reconcentration and respective reconcentration of tailings that were generated from roughing and cleaning,it was found that the latter could obtain good beneficiation performances.The P 2 O 5 grade and recovery of the concentrate from the second floatation process are 28.61%and 71.92%,respectively,which are 0.39 and 3.24 percentage points higher than those from the first floatation process,and the average economic benefit per ton of scrubbing tailings is approximate 72.78 yuan is achieved.The flotation indexes are stable,which can realize the effective utilization of stockpiled tailings and obtain a good economic benefit for the mine.
