摘要
研究生的科研素质对于我国高科技产业发展、科技强国建设至关重要。目前研究生考核模式存在一些问题,其中有只重成果而忽视对科研能力培养的现象。文章提出了研究生培养中要加强基础理论的掌握、科学前沿的了解、团队意识的加强以及综合素质的锻炼,并对几点建议进行了探讨。在科研活动中,通过针对学科前沿问题、基于扎实的理论知识进而解决遇到的科学问题的过程,最终培养研究生全面的科研素养。
The research quality of graduate students is very important to the development of high-tech industry and the construction of a powerful country in science and technology.At present,there are some problems in the assessment mode of graduate students,including the phenomenon that only focus on achievements while ignoring the cultivation of scientific research ability.This paper puts forward that the master of basic theory,the understanding of scientific frontier,the strengthening of team consciousness and the exercise of comprehensive quality should be strengthened in the training of graduate students,and discusses some suggestions.In scientific research activities,through the process of solving scientific problems based on the cutting-edge problems of the subject and solid theoretical knowledge,the comprehensive scientific research literacy of graduate students is finally cultivated.
