摘要
目的探究对老年前列腺增生患者,为了改善临床指标,减少并发症的发生,在临床治疗中采用经尿道前列腺剜除术的应用价值。方法该研究共方便选取177例研究对象,均为该院收治的老年前列腺增生患者,根据治疗方式不同进行分组,其中86例采用传统电切术治疗的患者为对照组,另91例采用经尿道前列腺剜除术治疗的患者为实验组,所有研究对象均选自2015年2月—2020年3月。比较分析两组患者的治疗效果、临床指标以及并发症发生率差异。结果在治疗总有效率上,实验组(96.70%)明显高于对照组(77.91%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.352,P<0.001);实验组手术时间、导管留置时间、膀胱冲洗时间以及住院时间分别为(46.53±13.43)min、(2.83±0.81)d、(1.79±0.43)d和(4.84±1.13)d,明显短于对照组(60.13±15.73)min、(4.13±0.86)d、(3.15±0.84)d和(6.32±1.65)d,差异有统计学意义(t=6.197、10.357、13.667、6.995,P<0.001);在并发症发生率上,实验组(2.20%)明显低于对照组(18.60),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.028,P<0.001)。结论对老年前列腺增生患者,为了改善临床指标,减少并发症的发生,在临床治疗中采用经尿道前列腺剜除术的应用价值高,可以加快临床症状的改善,提高治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application value of transurethral prostatic enucleation in the clinical treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,in order to improve clinical indicators and reduce the occurrence of complications.Methods Selected Conveniently a total of 177 subjects in this study,all of whom are elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the hospital.They were grouped according to different treatment methods.Among them,86 patients treated with traditional electrosurgical surgery served as the control group,and the other 91 patients received transurethral prostatectomy surgery were the experiment group,and all the subjects were selected from February 2015 to March 2020.Comparison and analysis of the differences in treatment effects,clinical indicators and complication rates between the two groups of patients.Results In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the experiment group(96.70%)was significantly higher than the control group(77.91%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=14.352,P<0.001);the operating time,catheter indwelling time,bladder washing time and hospital stay in the experiment group were(46.53±13.43)min,(2.83±0.81)d,(1.79±0.43)d and(4.84±1.13)d respectively,which was significantly shorter than the control group(60.13±15.73)min,(4.13±0.86)d,(3.15±0.84)d and(6.32±1.65)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.197,P<10.357,13.667,6.995,P<0.001);as for the complications occurrence rate,the experiment group(2.20%)was significantly lower than the control group(18.60%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.028,P<0.001).Conclusion For elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia,in order to improve clinical indicators and reduce complications,transurethral enucleation of the prostate has high application value in clinical treatment,which can speed up the improvement of clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect.It is worthy of promotion.
