Objective To analyze the effect of targeted therapeutic intervention on patients with fat liquefaction in abdominal surgical incisions after cesarean section. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,patients who were conveniently selected for cesarean section fat liquefaction treatment in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group received targeted treatment.Compared the treatment efficiency, incision healing time and hospital stay of the two groups. Results After treatment, the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%,which was higher than that of the control group 80.0%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P=0.044);the incision healing time of the observation group(9.12±3.23)d,the length of hospitalization(11.94±1.38)d were less than the incision healing time of the control group(15.14±3.21)d,hospitalization time(17.43±3.29)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.436,8.428,P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted treatment for patients with fat liquefaction from surgical incisions, supplemented by effective nursing interventions,is beneficial to improve the efficiency of treatment and promote wound healing.
