摘要
新医改政策的不断深化对病案信息管理专业人员提出了更多的新任务和新挑战,而这些新任务和新挑战体现在临床医教研及医院管理、公立医院绩效考核以及按DRGs付费改革。基于目前全国病案信息管理专业人员和编码人员中仍有相当比例缺乏医学相关专业背景、中高学历人员比例较低以及编码人员不足与工作负荷重的现状,建设病案信息管理专业人才队伍显得格外重要与迫切。目前的高标准角色需求与人才落后矛盾急需研究型与应用型人才来弥补,相关人才的培养需要生产、教学、科研紧密结合的病案信息管理专业教育方式来培养其科研意识、科研思维和科研能力;病案在职人员的继续教育也是病案信息管理专业人才培养道路上不可或缺的必修课。
With the deepening of the new medical reform policy, professionals in medical record information management are faced with more new tasks and challenges. These new tasks and challenges are reflected in clinical medicine, teaching and research and hospital management, performance appraisal of public hospitals and DRG payment reform. Based on the current situation of medical record information management professionals and coders in China, there are still a considerable proportion of them who have no medical related professional background, and the proportion of those with medium and high education background is limited, as well as the shortage of coders and heavy workload, it is very important and urgent to build the professional team of medical record information management. Therefore, the contradiction between high standard role demand and backward talents is in urgent need of research-oriented and applied talents to make up for it. The cultivation of this kind of talents needs the professional education mode of medical record information management combined with production, study and research, as well as the cultivation of scientific research consciousness, scientific research thinking and scientific research ability. At the same time, the continuing education of medical record practitioners is also an indispensable compulsory course on the cultivation of medical record information management professionals.
