摘要
目的探讨趣味游戏对学龄前期龋齿患儿围治疗期焦虑、恐惧的影响。方法选择2018年1月~2020年1月400例学龄前期龋齿患儿为研究对象,数字表法随机均分为对照组与观察组,对照组开展常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行趣味游戏。比较两组患儿治疗前、治疗后儿童焦虑量表-口腔科分量表(CFSS-DS)、儿童医疗恐惧量表(CMFS)以及疼痛客观评价量表(FLACC),评估治疗期Houpt治疗过程完整性量表(HS)以Frankie治疗依从性量表(FS)。结果观察组治疗前、治疗后CFSS-DS评分、CMFS评分、FLACC评分均显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组围治疗期HS评分、FS评分均显著高于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论趣味游戏能有效降低学龄前期龋齿患儿围治疗期焦虑、恐惧情绪,改善疼痛症状,且能提高治疗完成度与依从性。
Objective To discuss the effects of fun games on anxiety and fear in preschool children with dental caries during perioperative period. Methods A total of 400 children with preschool caries from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by the digital table method. The control group carried out routine care. The observation group played fun games based on routine care. Before and after treatment,the children’s anxiety scale-stomatology scale(CFSS-DS),children’s medical fear scale(CMFS),and pain objective assessment scale(FLACC)were compared between the two groups. The Houpt treatment process integrity scale(HS)was evaluated by the Frankie treatment compliance scale(FS)during the treatment period. Results The CFSS-DS score,CMFS score and FLACC score of the observation group before and after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The HS and FS scores of the observation group during the treatment period were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Fun games can effectively reduce anxiety and fear in pre-school children with dental caries during the peri-treatment period,improve pain symptoms,and improve treatment completion and compliance.
