摘要
学校体育目标体系的理论研究对于学校体育在新时代的改革与发展具有重要的意义,但是目前还存在着一些多年以来尚未厘清和解决的理论问题。研究通过文献资料法结合17年来在国内南、北两地高校教研实践经验以及多年来与相关专家、同行前辈、大量中小学体育教师交流的点滴积累,对新中国学校体育目标体系的历史演进理路进行考察,并对改革开放以来近四十年的学术史进行梳理,研究认为我国学校体育目标体系演进理路存在2条线索、3个特点和4个基本问题,当下学校体育目标体系的理论研究忽视了对教学与课程之间关系的探讨。而面对目标体系多元化、不同理论及理论与实践的冲突等问题,有必要从教学与课程的双向视角来加以审视。研究基于教学和课程的双向视角,对学校教育目标、学校体育目标、体育课程目标和体育教学目标的逻辑关系进行了辨析,并对学校体育目标体系的构造进行了探讨。
Theoretical research on the goal system for school physical education is very important to the reform and development of school physical education in the new era. But there remain some theory problems to be resolved.Through literature review,and combined with 17 years of teaching and research experience at universities in both southern and northern China,as well as many years of exchanges with relevant experts,peer predecessors and a large number of primary and secondary school PE teachers,this paper studies how the goal system for school physical education evolves in China,and reviews relevant academic history over the past 40 years. The research holds that there are two clues,three features and four basic problems in the evolution of the goal system for school physical education in China. The results show that current theoretical research neglects discussing the relationship between teaching and curriculum. In the face of diversified goal systems,different theories and conflicts between theory and practice,it is necessary to examine them from the dual perspectives of teaching and curriculum. Based on the dual perspectives of teaching and curriculum,this paper analyzes the logical relationship among the respectivegoals of school education,school physical education,physical education curriculum and physical education teach-ing,and discusses the structure of the goal system for school physical education.
