摘要
电动汽车作为一种特殊的可移动储能装置,对电网公司而言是一种优质的需求响应资源。为充分利用该类资源,以电网公司为主体,提出一种基于电动汽车聚合商参与需求响应业务的配网能量优化控制方法。该方法在电网公司下发需求响应事件时,电动汽车负荷聚合商根据电网公司需求响应事件要求及区域内电动汽车充电站需求响应能力,以配网网损最小为目标函数建立数学模型,通过蒙特卡洛模拟得到各充电站分配方案。并以南方地区某一10 kV线路为例,通过多充电方案对比,验证了此策略的有效性。
As a special mobile energy storage device,electric vehicles are a high-quality demand response resource for grid companies.In order to make full use of this type of resources,with the power grid company as the main body,a distribution network energy optimization control method based on the participation of electric vehicle aggregators in demand response business was proposed.In the method,when the grid company issued a demand response event,based on the grid company's demand response event requirements and the demand response capability of electric vehicle charging stations in the area,the mathematical model was established with the minimum distribution network loss as the objective function and the distribution scheme of each charging station was obtained through Monte Carlo simulation by the electric vehicle load aggregation.Finally,taking a 10 kV line in a southern region as an example,the effectiveness of the strategy is verified by comparing multiple charging schemes.
