摘要
数控机床在我国工业制造领域已经有了非常普遍的应用,因其系统结构复杂、数字化程度高,在实际使用中故障发生的频次非常高。从数控机床故障分类的角度出发,分析数控机床故障发生的原因,找到解决方法,正确处理故障,对数控机床的日常维护及故障预防方面具有借鉴意义。
Numerical control machine tools have been widely used in the field of industrial manufacturing in my country.Because of their complex system structure and high digitization,the frequency of failures in actual use is very high.From the perspective of fault classification of CNC machine tools,the reasons for the failure of CNC machine tools were analyzed,the solutions were found,and the faults were handled correctly,which can be used for reference in the daily maintenance and failure prevention of CNC machine tools.
